How long will my fullset lashes last?
Your fullste lashes will last between 3-6 weeks, and your halfset will last from 10days - 3 weeks, depending on your after care and your own natural lash life cycle. Like all hair on the human body, your eyelashes grow in stages.
It is normal to lose 2-5 natural lashes per day which is why a fill is recommended every 3-4 weeks for full set treatments.
How can I select the best lash extension treatment that works for my eye shape?

How often do I need to come in for a refill?
We recommend you book a fill every 2-3 weeks
How long is a half set and a full set treatment?

Refill treatments will take 1-1.5 hours
Can I get my lash extensions wet?
You need to avoid any moisture for at least 48 hours after your service
What is the difference between Volume Lashes (2D-6D) and Individual Lashes (1D)?
Individual lashes are 1 lash extension per 1 of you natural lashes, while volume will be 2 or up to 6 per each natural lash. Volume Lashes are lightweight and equal less weight than one individual 1D lash.
The last time I had lashes my eyes got irritated, but I would like to try them again. Can I book an appointment?
If you have had an irritation in the past we will book you for a patch test before a full service treatment.
How do I care for my lash extensions?
Aftercare is just as important as the application process. Please review our Lash Care page for instructions and recommendations on how to care for you lashes.
Will eyelash extensions damage my natural lashes?
No. At The Lash Show our skilled lash artists will never put lashes on that are too heavy for your natural lashes and we ensure expert lash seperation process.
Why did my lash extensions fall faster than last time?
The aftercare is very important to keep your lashes full and based on the growth cycle of your eyelashes, your natural lashes might grow faster and cause lash extension fall.
Can I wear mascara with my lash extensions?
No. Mascara can cause the lash extensions to fall out.

What is a lash lift?
Lash lifts are a semi-permanent lift and curl treatment that curl your natural lashes, we also tint the lashes in the process. No mascara or lash curler required.
How long does a lash lift last?
A lash lift can last from 4-8 weeks, depending on your after care and your own natural lash life cycle.
Can I get lash extensions with a lash lift?
Yes, but you will need to wait minimum 48 hours after your lash lift treatment to apply lash extensions.
How long does a lash lift treatment take?
Lash lift treatments will take 1 hour.
